"Check in process went smooth but, did not realize until we got to our room that it was not the room I had booked. Asked for king size bed and ended up having a room with 2 double beds. This was not told to us at check-in. Also, note not all rooms have balconies. So will make sure next time we have a balcony as well. We called customer service and said someone would be in touch. "Very nice place to stay! Customer service was great, anytime we needed anything they were on it! Very clean area. Very reasonable prices as well! The only thing that my family didn’t like was the beds, they were very hard. We mentioned it to the staff while we were there! Other than that the stay was perfect! We will definitely be back! "
