"Overall the property is excellent being in a great location, safe, etc. Be aware that an “A” room is an add on room to a suite. So there is no kitchen or living room area. It is basically a hotel room with a toaster oven, microwave, small refrigerator, coffee pot and a few dishes. The sink is actually the bathroom sink. My bed had sand in it the first night and had a dirty spot on it, so the bed sheets had not been changed. The room could use some paint. The room does come with an umbrella and two chairs that you ask for at the beach which was a definite plus!! There is a coffee shop about 1/2 mile down the road that we walked to each morning and Whales Tail has delicious food right on the beach. Overall we had a good trip and the room was okay for a few days… "
