"We had a nice view of the ocean and the pool. The room was designed nicely. The heat didn’t work in the room, so we were a little cold, and they had to fix the lock on the balcony door. Overall, it was a good stay. They should add a hot tub! "

"Well where do i even start . We got there early so we called to see if maybe we could get checked in earlier and the host said that it was not clened yet and to call back in a hour so we did and still not showing cleaned yet to call back in a hour then we did that 3 times so we go at that point it was 4 pm and time to check in and housekeeping was there cleaning our unit at this point we are not happy , we didn't get in our unit until almost 4:30 and on top of all that they sent me the wrong code to unlock the unit so we had to call again and get the right code, as we go in i had to take pictures of all the damages because i did not want to be charged for someone else's. Cracked flooring the master bedroom had a bathroom with no door on it you absolutely had no privacy, no water pressure at all to take a shower , we had to clean the drain to get all the hair out so we wouldn't be standing in water , it was disgusting. Dirty dishes in the cupboard no filters for your coffee maker we basically had to go to the store they didn't even have salt and pepper , no pot holders not even a pizza pan and they only give you one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom if you needed more you had to go ask for it on a translator. And lastly what got us the most was i was traveling with my Sister the has a lot of health issues and that has trouble walking long distance and the elevator on our side was broken , so we had to walk all the way to ther other end , i will not be stay here again"

"We reserved two rooms. One room had no blinds or towels and someone’s belongings were left. We asked for a different room and they did give us a different room. One room had sand in the bed sheets before we’d even been to the beach. The outdoor pool was closed. A whisk broom/pan would be handy to sweep up sand on the floors in each room. The outside doors to the building were unlocked at all hours of the night. It did not feel safe. The breakfast was a positive. The view was pretty but the small beach area needed to be cleaned up. Lots of cigarette butts and trash. We spent 4 nights."

"Bed mattresses are worn. So worn, I woke up with a terrible back pain I've never experienced, and which make my trip miserable as my back hurt the whole time. I also tripped over the step going into the room because it's severely pronounced and not your standard step. A sign should be present announcing to watch your step."

"Pros: Pets are allowed and welcomed. The staff is really nice and provided what we asked for. Cons: Mattress and pillows were uncomfortable, the blanket was really thin more like a sheet. The bathroom was not maintained properly and bath tub was slippery. "
