Check in was very quick and easy. Hotel was very quiet and room was comfortable. The ice machine did not work but the desk clerk came and knocked on our door with a bucket of ice for us. I will definately check this hotel out the next time I have to stay in the Fort Wayne area.

The hotel was completely run down. The whole building smelled of mildew. The room was "clean" but everything was gross I'm the building. Clear water damage throughout the entire facility. Mold and mildew openly on the walls. There was a full hole in the window frame to the outside. The air conditioning unit was literally duct taped together.
Hallway to room- water damage on ceiling. This was everywhere.
First room window in hallway at top of stairs. Clearly been leaking for quite some time.
Hole through the wall and window frame. Allowing weather and street noise in.
More water damage on ceiling in our room.

The check in was quick and easy. The man who checked us in was friendly and helpful.Very nice hotel with large rooms. The hotel was in a great location. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel was very clean. Their waffles are very good for breakfast. Looking forward to staying there again.
