Bem localizado, boa garagem, necessita atenção

Bem localizado, porém precisa melhorar muiuuiito a limpeza. Tinha cabelos na parede do box, a janela estava muiiito suja, as paredes, no anteparo da cama. Roupas de cama muito baratas e desconfortáveis : era melhor avisa que o hóspede levaria a sua, dado o preço acessível. Cortinas sujas. Tinha um plástico supostamente pra proteger o travesseiro, muito ruim, não dá pra dormir com aquilo. Poderia comprar um travesseiro médio, uma toalha um pouco maior, um lençol mais adequado. E caprichar na limpeza. Claro, quando possível trocar a cadeira que està ruim e a poltrona solta. O lustre È um pendente, muito baixo, bate na cabeça quando passamos. A geladeira precisa de limpeza. Armários podem ficar com portas abertas pra sair o cheiro. Resolvendo isso, o custo benefício aumentará bastante. Galera até mais do que cobra, com certeza.

Não gostei de algumas coisa

Bem não do que falar mal do apartamento, os móveis e o banheiro tudo de bom e bem consevados, mas a limpeza nota "ZERO" só trava o sacos do sexto do banheiro e da sala, piscina nota ZERO 12 que fiquei lá, nunca vi ninguém fazer a limpeza e nem aspiração da piscina, o cartão no elevador demora muito pra ativar o andar desejado, o hotel alugar os apartamentos entinha um vizinho do meu lado muiiiiito chato, por 2 noites tive que ir na recepção pela madrugada pra reclamar dele, som muito alto, batendo portas toda hora, mulher gritando e conversando e rindo alto, na recepção tinha 3 turnos mas ou menos 10 funcionários, desses, tiro 4 foram excelentes, os outros mal humorados e etc...., então eu não faço mas reserva nesse hotel nunca mas mesmo.

Ótima estadia.

Ótimo quarto, muito limpo, agradável e muito confortável. Tive dois problemas, com o ferro de passar e secador, porem acionei o proprietário e foi resolvido. Uma vista impecável. Como ponto de melhoria, deixo apenas isso, sempre verificar se todos os equipamentos disponíveis estão ok, pois nem sempre podemos contar com a honestidade do hospede anterior.

Excelente custo-benefi. / casal ou solo

Muito bom!!! Bem localizado, de frente pra praia, vista generosa do mar na altura dos pescadores. Principais atrações de iracema a uma caminhada de distância: orla, feirinha, restaurantes. Flat completo, com conveniências como copa completa (pia, fogão, micro-ondas e utensílios) e até máquina de lavar, muito conveniente para tirar o "sal" das roupas q vêm da praia... Supermercado pão de açúcar a 2 quadras. Como só há 1 casa de casal, não me parece adequado para crianças. Importante: independentemente do apto ser particular, o atendimento da equipe do Hotel é acolhedor, cortês e atencioso...! Sr. Heverson, Sra. Paula, Sr. Alexandre.
