It’s ok. The price seems ok. The breakfast is very good and the restaurant food is better than expected for a reasonable price. The staff is great. Why 3 stars? The pool isn’t a pool. At deepest it’s less than 1m. The hotel is getting old. Patch work everywhere. While I was in the pool, “things” dropped into the pool. I looked around and the best guess was it was pieces of mortar from the tiles above. There we several in the pool. I had a room that had a door that went to another room. No issues. I had some price time with my girl. We thought we were alone. After about 20 minutes of laying in bed, we heard voices. They were talking to each other at a normal volume. We could hear them clearly. That means that they heard us clearly. I don’t want to talk the place down. For the price, it’s a great location and has several positives. I’m not sorry I was there but I’ll pay more next time. Again, it has several very good points.

It’s sad to see the decline of this hotel, which was once one of the top hotels in Fortaleza. From the lobby to the gym, it’s easy to notice how the property has been abandoned and poorly maintained over the years. The wooden furniture in our room was worn out, with broken corners and splinters everywhere. The bathroom made no effort to hide its advanced age. The common areas looked like those of a roadside motel. The staff seemed unmotivated, always looking upset. We had to ask four times for an extra pillow that never arrived. The only good thing about the hotel is the generous view of Meirelles Beach and Volta da Jurema — beautiful. In short, it’s a shame to see the hotel in this condition. We hope the new management succeeds in restoring it, as it has one of the best locations in Fortaleza and enormous potential.

O Hotel não esclarece que também é um residencial. Todos os dias barulho de obra em cima do quarto e além disso tinha uma obra ao lado que teve um dia começou o barulho às 6 hs da manhã. Café da manhã muito ruim. Ja fiquei em vários hotéis da rede Blue Tree esse hotel não condiz com a bandeira. O pior que as pessoas não se preocupam em ajudar só falaram que como é residencial pode fazer barulho a partir das 7 hs da manhã.

O hotel tem grande potencial, mas está prejudicado pelo tempo. Possui boa localização, os quartos são bons, apesar do layout ultrapassado. A equipe como um todo atenciosos e educados. Café da manhã, padrão para a categoria. Para quem vai de carro é bom ficar ciente de que o estacionamento é rotativo e pode não haver vaga disponível no momento da chegada, mas isto está claro nas informações do estabelecimento, estou apenas reforçando. É disponibilizado pelo hotel o web check-in para facilitar a entrada, mas de nada adianta, pois o sistema não "conversa" com o check-in do hotel, então é perda de tempo preencher os dados do e-mail, afinal você irá esperar o mesmo tempo na chegada. Há um espaço reservado para quem faz o web check-in, mas caso chegue com vários pessoas ao mesmo tempo, vai esperar de qualquer jeito. Solução, melhorar este procedimento ou cancele o web.
