Os recepcionistas são gentis , porém as condições do quarto deixa muito a desejar , travesseiro surrados, cama dura parecendo mais um quarto de motel barato , sem falar das condições precárias do banheiro , box encardido e o chuveiro que era pra ser quente não funcionava .

Poderia ser melhor.

A LOCALIZAÇÃO - muito conveniente, em uma área residencial a poucos minutos de tudo que importa - praia, supermercado, restaurantes, bares, beira mar, etc. O HOTEL - o hotel já aparenta sinais de desgaste, já foi uma excelente opção no passado e agora está sob nova administração. Acredito que a ação do tempo, a chegada de novos concorrentes e outros fatores tenham feito o Casa Blanca deixar de ser uma referência. Na recepção tudo é bem preservado, conta com dois elevadores, estacionamento, tudo aparentemente organizado. Pelo mesmo custo, há outras opções mais modernas no mesmo perímetro. O café é simples, repetitivo mas resolve - (talvez em outras épocas - alta temporada - possa ser melhor). QUARTO - a opção que fui alocado não foi a melhor - infiltração no quarto e no banheiro, o arcondicionado funcionava bem, e os panos de cama eram ok (resolviam) - Havia uma goteira que dentro do box da lâmpada - pra acontecer um algo danoso, não era difícil. Resumo do quarto: um caos. O STAFF - a parte boa (risos), um time bem solícito e simpático. Sempre disponíveis quando necessário, o atendimento no restaurante também não deixou a desejar.

Hotel horrível, péssimo. A única coisa q presta é a localização. Café da manhã sem opção, suco de pacote. Banheiro com o chuveiro com defeito, pinga o tempo todo, chama a manutenção e não resolve.

Minha estadia foi ótima, o quarto bem confortável com uma vista maravilhosa para o mar. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos em especial a Governanta Ivanildes Silva que foi muito solicita e nos atendeu com muito carinho, os quartos são limpos todos os dias, no terraço tem uma piscina com uma vista sensacional para o mar …enfim, foi tudo perfeito e voltarei em breve.

O atendimento pela equipe foi bom! Mas o quarto ficou a desejar. O quarto onde eu e minha família ficamos hospedados o banheiro estava com cheiro de urina, mal higienizado, faltava a porta do box, o chuveiro não tinha água quente, fomos ter água quente do segundo dia depois que chamamos um dos atendentes para que pudesse verificar. O quarto tinha préstimos colchões, muito desconfortáveis e desgarrados, conseguimos sentir todas as molas ao deitar. O hotel precisa ser atualizado e passado por uma reforma nos quartos.

Atendimento nada gentil pelos funcionários da recepção. Mal humorados e apáticos. Tolhas imundas e de péssima qualidade. Faltou água quente no dia da chegada e só resolveram no outro dia. Controle remoto do quarto com defeito e com dificuldade para funcionar.

Foi uma experiencia conturbada, aluguei 2 quartos e inicialmente me deram 1 muito ruim e 1 médio, o muito ruim realmente era pessimo, tinha cheiro de mofo e o banheiro era estilo rodoviaria, depois de reclamar e ser obrigado a dormir 1 dia eles me trocaram de quarto para um bom, aproveitei e reclamei do médio que não gelava o ar e estava vazando o sanitario, ai me colocaram com 2 quartos bons e deu para terminar a estadia. Modo geral a cama é ok Chuveio ruim Café da manhã é repetitivo porém com bons alimentos e reposição funciona. Conforto nota 6 de 0 a 10.
