Tivemos uma ótima estadia, na chegada ficamos num quarto próximo a cozinha então fomos acordados com o barulho do pessoal preparando o café, ao pedir troca de quarto fomos logo atendidos para um quarto melhor no 2 andar. No geral excelente custo benefício.

Quarto com limpeza fraca. Banheiro estava com cheiro forte de esgoto. A janela do banheiro fica para o corredor do andar. Cheiro do quarto estava forte, pois é tudo muito velho. Café da manhã muito fraco. Localização é muito boa, mas precisa de reforma urgente. Ar condicionado demora a funcionar.

Otima.localizacao , por ser hotel mais antigo tinha mofo no quarto , mas conversei na hira da hospedagem e me teansfreindo para outro quarto muito bom que batia sol o tempo todo, isto evita mofo . Sou alergica . A equpe do hotel são cortes e muitos educados, nao exitaram em me auxiliar . Cafe da manha saboroso e farto . Custo e beneficio excelente . Acomodacoes com roupas limpas e perfumadas e todo hotel muito limpo.

O Fortmar não possuía vagas e tive que ser realocada no Fortpraia. Tive que descer e subir 4 andares, quartos sem isolamento acústico, porta não fechava direito, a colcha de cama era composta de duas metades de lençois. Péssimo!

Localização: Perfeita de frente ao monumento de Iracema e o hotel tem uma área de convivência muito agradável. Piscina: Não tem o que mostra na foto é na verdade um chafariz, que estava com uma água suja e quando solicitamos a um funcionário a limpeza nos foi dito que não era com ele. Atendimento: o funcionário Lincon se destacou na atenção e presteza. Café da manhã: Muito bom.

Poderia ter sido melhor!

O Hotel fica em um local excelente de Iracema, os funcionários são muitos simpáticos, porém, na recepção principalmente pela parte da noite só fica um funcionário, fica uma dica para a administração do Hotel colocar 2 pessoas na recepção e inadmissível o hóspede ter que descer ate a recepção para tentar resolver algum problema,porém, de sexta para sábado acordei com o quarto inundado, solicitei que solucionassem minha situação, para minha decepção so colocaram um monte de toalhas para camuflar o vazamento, fiz novamente a reclamação ai que me explicaram que não conseguiram solucionar o problema mais que o gerente havia orientado para desligar a água do meu quarto, total despreparo, nunca havia visto algo parecido e com uma solução que menosprezasse o minimo de conforto do hóspede, solicitei outro quarto e me disseram que não tinham mais vagas...enfim são pequenas atitudes que fidelizam um cliente, e o hotel não me fidelizou. As fotos em anexo foi após EU ter limpado o quarto, e ainda ficou vazando aguá.
