Recepção decepção e cobrança indevida e sem ar

Atendimento da recepção um pouco decepcionante, o atendente falou que se eu saísse do quarto e esquecesse o ar ligado iria me cobrar mais. Inclusive o ar do quarto não estava funcionando com muita dificuldade conseguir mudar pra outro quarto a contra gosto da recepção. É razoável e a ruim a levar em conta que a diária não é tão barata.

Havia muitos mosquitos no quarto, colchão velho, travesseiros horríveis e não anteciparam o café da manhã em 5 minutos, para que eu não perdesse meu compromisso. O café da manhã é mediano, nada que valesse uma indicação. No geral, a hospedagem é velha e atendimento deixa bastante a desejar.

Hotel velho, paredes do quarto descascadas, janela quebrada. Limpesa horrivel, chão empoeirado e nao foi limpo durante a estadia. Itens como sabonete e sampoo so foram repostos 1 vez num periodo de 3 diarias. Cafe da manhã deixou muito a desejar, pouca variedade. Localização boa. Chuveiro, cama e travesseiro bons.

Amei o quarto que ficamos, fomos a Fortaleza minha amiga e eu, a passeio e foi maravilhoso, o quanto que ficamos ficava de frente ao mar, com uma vista maravilhosa, os meninos da recepção foram muito receptivos, a única coisa que me deixou muito insatisfeita foi a Internet que era péssima, nao pega de jeito nenhum.
