Suíte boa com ótima vista para o mar!

Ficamos no 12º andar, quarto com varanda, vista excelente da praia de Iracema, quarto com bom tamanho, roupa de cama e banho limpas, café bom, limpeza do quarto eficiente, 2 mercados e vários restaurantes próximos, mas um único problema com som/música alta vinda das casas noturnas em frente ao hotel, até altas horas da madrugada. Mesmo no 12º andar, o som parecia estar dentro da suíte. Ficamos por 4 dias, mas em 2 dias só conseguimos dormir a partir das 3h da manhã, em virtude de um karaokê e de uma roda de samba com decibéis muito acima do permitido pela legislação. Ligamos para a polícia nos 2 dias, abrimos ocorrência, vimos da varanda a viatura se aproximar dos 2 estabelecimentos, mas passaram por eles sem nada fazer. Muito possivelmente a polícia local tem conivên$$$ia com os donos das casas de som, pois não fazem cumprir a lei de não perturbação da ordem e sossego alheios. Em Meirelles (bairro vizinho), os hotéis e moradores conseguiram, via acordo, coibir o som alto das barracas e estabelecimentos, o qual só ocorre até às 22h, pois até em caminhada pela orla de Meirelles próximo desse horário, presenciamos uma banda que estava tocando em alto som anunciar que seria a última música, em decorrência de respeitarem a legislação de som/ruídos em vigor. Pena isso não acontecer ainda em Iracema, fica a dica/sugestão para os hotéis da região focarem nesse ponto, sob pena de perderem hóspedes que querem sossego e descanso.

Apartamento bom, limpeza falhou um pouco, atendimento bom, café da manhã suficiente mas nada surpreendente. Localização não adequada devido à região ter casas de show com som altíssimo até altas horas da manhã, e as janelas não tem isolamento acústico, o que incomodou bastante.

A estadia foi ótima, ótimo atendimento, única falha, eles colocaram água e refrigerante no figrobar, mas não avisam que se consumir é pago, fui fazer o checkout eles cobraram caro por duas águas e uma coca de lata, pra quem é visitante e não tem muito costume acaba não sabendo disso, eles deviam avisar, tirando isso de resto tudo ok!
