hostel en malas condiciones

Pague 15 euros con tarjeta VISA Y cuando llegu~e a las 4 de la manana, me dieron una habitaciõn, vieja, sucia, el unico bano estaba ocupado.Cuando me habia dormido me quisieron traer las covertores. La habitacion no tenia ni ventanas y la puerta eran dos tablas sin ceradura.Puse las maletas contra la puerta.A la maçana no puede banarme proque el bano no tenia puerta.No pude tomar el desayuno porque decian que no estaba incluido,.Y ademas me diejron que con 15 Euros solo habia pagado el 10% del valor de la habitacion.Luego vino otra empleada que me dijo que el desayuno estaba incluido y que tenia que pagar 25 reales mãs;Me negue y me ofendieron con que soy arrogante.Sali huyendo del hostel solo estuve 4 horas. Un verdadero desastre de atencion y mantanimeitno. Monica
