"All the rooms are designed to be spacious.
However, there is no minibar in the refrigerator, which is inconvenient. If you want one, you have to go to a nearby large supermarket.
The staff are mostly friendly, but recently there has been a strict atmosphere in the rules, so the atmosphere is not as good as it used to be. I would like them to be more flexible and more flexible.
The room service menu is not always available in the rooms, which is very inconvenient.
I would like the room...
"No hot water, towels are very old, and not clean , bath tub is high to climb up, toilet seat are broken totally no recommended for foreigners .I stay with my two sisters who are currently live in Myanmar, they even soooo disappointed.
I’m sorry to give bad feedback, but my purpose to do this is I want them to improve.
Again not worth it to spend $$$ on this hotel.
( the employees are polite and nice, not their fault, the owners is)"

"Of the hundreds of hotels that I’ve stayed at in Asia over the past 20 years this is one of the very best! And I so wish I could stay at the Chatrium again in the future, because pretty much everything was perfect. The only problem is some highly inappropriate material displayed in the main reception area, and so in good conscience I cannot ever stay at this fine hotel in the future. Thanks so much for all the great memories from previous stays. Your accommodations and staff have been spectacular "
"The area was nice as it was off in it's own corner away from the busy downtown streets, was no issue getting a Grab to go anywhere as well. Staff was always nice and inviting and there was a piano they allowed you to play in the bar area. The bar/club downstairs was interesting but the music they played was extremely loud so we had to sit far in the back away to hear/talk to people."
"Firstly, the images should be updated. COVID and the political situation had impacted international tourism. Next to the hotel is an uncompleted building. One of the images is not what it is. Facing the hotel entrance across the hotel is a polluted canal with some sewage stench.
Secondly, the property's actual amenities are out of synch with the images. The rooftop skybar is diplidated. The gym is disused. The room's wall, floor vinyl, standing lamp, electrical socket faceplate, requires urgent maintenance. Each floor's common area carpeting appears moudly.
Given the tight budget due to lack of tourism, maintenance probably fell back. I had also observed drain flies and mosquitoes.
The hotel's guests are now primarily locals and some Chinese tourists. Thus the morning breakfast does not include western style. Fortunately, I like Burmese food
The bed and pillows are firm and comfortable. Towels are fresh and clean.
I will give a 5 to the staff who tried their best to keep up their spirit and perform their tasks. I am also appreciative to the restaurant's chef and waiter who cooked an off-the-menu Burmese vegetable curry dish for me.
Based on the current stay, the tariff rate is probably below expectation.
