The air conditioner in our original room was not working, so I contacted the reception for help. Unfortunately, the staff were rude and unwilling to assist us, repeatedly saying that no other rooms were available. After struggling for hours in an uncomfortable room, I finally had a serious argument with the manager in the lobby around 11 PM. Only then did they suddenly arrange another room for us. The replacement room was much better and comfortable, which showed that a solution was possible from the beginning. The issue was not the hotel itself, but the way the situation was handled by the staff. Better customer service and professionalism would have made a big difference."

"Place is nice. Staff is helpful.. the only thing I didn’t like was the smoking in the lobby but that is an Istanbul general problem “everybody smokes “ even my room and bathroom after maintenance smells like smoke. No ice machine either."
