"A great property with a very welcoming host! We arrived very late (1am!), but the host greeted us and provided an overview of the room. On the first morning he also provided an overview of the kitchen.
The property is very clean and well maintained.

"They responded immediately to any and all communication about the house. Very comfortable beds! Updated and very nice house, close and convenient to the Falls."
"I would not advice anyone to stay on this property. The location is unsafe i would suggest you google it before booking. We had a police officer tell us to lock our door and not go out after dark. We ended up booking another house as we did not feel safe. The doorknobs and conditions of the house is also not safe. The house has cockroaches. I would not recommend this place for anyone specially if you have kids. "

"Poor cleaning job, spiders, cob webs, millipedes in every corner. Excellent amenities but a few bathroom door knobs were not locking. Bed covers had stains. All these were easily avoidable with a better management."

"Check-in was very quick and easy. The room was ready early. Traveling with minors can be tricky, as your only options are walking around to get to the other food outlets or asking for a security escort.

"This was the perfect location for visiting Niagara Falls! We never moved the car from the parking garage. We walked everywhere. Rooms were spacious and clean, we had a view of the fireworks right from our window. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Staff is helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back!"
"My family of 4 had a wonderful experience here. We stayed for three nights and the rooms felt clean, the whole hotel felt clean. Nice pool and they have a great complimentary breakfast, along with an ice machine that lets you fill up your water bottl with water which we really appreciated. This location is less then 15 minutes from the main Niagara Falls area and I think it was a perfect distance. Look no further, this hotel was great! "
