"They say first impressions count... I chose the Kyriad in Poulainville based on the hotels proximity to Amiens. When arriving it was a number of minutes before the reception staff answered the bell which I had to hit twice for attention. As this was a Road Trip, I had a number of bags and asked if a luggage trolley was available to be told not by the chap on the front desk. "Lovely, quaint hotel with all the amenities you could need. The owner helped us up to the room and made a dinner reservation for us which was very kind. We only stayed one night as we were passing through, but we loved it!"
