"The staff were all so welcoming and helpful; they were the highlight of the stay. The breakfast was my second favorite; lovely extensive buffet with something for everyone. The bar was nice but pretty crowded both nights we went around 4-7 pm; we saw many people unable to get seating and leave each night. We ate at the restaurant one evening and the food and service was nice but it was noisy because it is open and directly next to the bar. We stayed in a room with balcony that was lovely. Bed comfy, coffee in room much appreciated, robes and slippers to use, bathroom large and modern. My only one pet peeve for the hotel is that at the bottom of the elevator is a big display of lots of perfumes and it smells really strongly. As a person that is allergic to perfumes it had me sneezing and eyes watering every time I used the elevator."

"Good stay overall. However, the breakfast wasn't handle properly by the staff. Due to a massive affluence, we had to eat in a separate smaller room where the product offer was way less than the normal one despite what the waiter/manager told us."

"So old and outdated and bad smell in the room I was coughing all night , the quality of the air inside the room stains on the carpet and the sofa When we got to the room ,the sofa bed was not even open , we asked reception they said we have to open it and the linens are ready and the pillows are in the closet . It’s listed as 5 stars please don’t be fooled , I would barely rate it a 3 star "

"No food options when arriving late. The room was poor for an executive room And expected to be more modern and vibrant! For the cost I could have stayed at a lots better hotels."
