"It was an excellent stay with good view, amenities and vibe. Loved the crispy pulled pork melt in the dinner menu. With ample parking and very easy to navigate to the resort. Clean room and bathroom. For some reason tab in the room didn't work for in-room dining during our stay. Otherwise everything good. I would recommend this place for my friends and family."

"I liked the fact that it had a little fridge with freezing compartment. The towels in the bathroom are a bit rough on the skin, not the best quality. Room cleaning was done every day. Once they forgot a garbage bag on the sink of the bathroom. Another time, they forgot to replenish the coffee bags which is minor; all I had to do is ask at the counter. Heating system quiet."

"The owner made checking in very easy and was very flexible about what time we arrived. The bathroom and kitchenette were well appointed; the bedroom was quaint and cosy. The house is only a block from Haliburton’s Main Street, within easy walking distance of many restaurants and stores as well as the library, the post office, and the public park on the lake. This is a great starting point for exploring the many beautiful aspects of the Haliburton Highlands."
