"Hotel was nicely located with helpful staff. We got in at 8am so they were willing to hold our bags while we explored. Our room was spacious and we'll maintained. Our main complaint was breakfast needs variety."

"All staff members were helpful, gracious, and courteous. Excellent breakfast, with wide array of foodstuffs, well prepared. Excellent coffee, and the croissants were still warm for the early diners. Beautiful bright room ... and Prosecco chilling at the ready, for those with something to celebrate. Clean, bright bedroom annd bath. I appreciated the bedroom slippers. Many small touches. And I loved the art nouveau throughout public areas."

"We arrived quite late from Vienna so had checked in online. Instructions were clear and it was easy enough to access the lobby & then our room (there is a lift thankfully as we’re on the 6th floor in an attics room). Bathroom was clean and well serviced with shower cap, vanity pack & shampoo etc. There was a slo a deep tub in our room which if we’d been staying for more than one night would have been very welcome! shower pressure was amazing. Bedroom was small but had everything you needed, bed was very low to the ground which was my only issue - mattress was very comfy. Bed linens were clean and of great quality, there was a kettle and the means to make a coffee or tea. Well stocked mini bar was not excessive in pricing. We slept well but the room did get very warm at one point so the air con had to be manually put on. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of it, we enjoyed the toast, pastries and eggs etc. Coffee was nice from The machine. All in all a great stay and well placed for visiting Prague - we walked back to the station which took us about 15/20 mins downhill."

"Room was fine, our room code only worked at the front door and not to enter our rooms - customer support number on the website provided was wrong, we had to leave the building and call the number by the front door to get a response. Everything after that was perfectly normal"
