Pool was not open!😢😢😢😢 waiting on board paperwork! The most important thing was Pankita the main desk gal was working 9-9 shifts my whole stay! She was AMAZING! So helpful! People were being rude, and my daughter wanted to sit in the lobby and protect her! SHE WAS THE BEST PART OF THE WHOLE HOTEL!!!!!!"

"The breakfast was excellent there was a variety of breakfast food more than what you usually get at a included breakfast and there was bacon which you don’t normally see as well it’s the little things that Matter. I had an issue with a loud heater/blower in my room and the front desk agent moved us right away. She was very kind. "

"The property was clean but the pot hole to the hotel are HORRIBLE!! Please patch up or re pave!!! The coffee for breakfast was terrible wasn’t made properly. The staff was very nice, I would stay there again."
