"I stayed for an adult vacation at the Hilton in Tulum. The property is lovely and clean. Pools were nice. Jacuzzis were not hot, they were like warm and couldn’t find how to turn them on - others also had issues. The food… was nothing to write home about, everything was bland and needed seasoning. ..."

"Something mis-leading is you only get to eat for free at one resort restaurant once for free per resort stay. You can eat at the buffet as much as you want. But when I’m paying for an all inclusive that should mean also to all the restaurant options."

"Stunning hotel, beautiful location. Car is essential otherwise hugely overpriced taxis are your only option. I do think a hotel of this calibre and price point really should include breakfast (this is the only luxury hotel I have stayed at that did not include breakfast). Would definitely return"
