When we checked in we mentioned that we needed the shuttle bus for a Qantas 7.30 am flight but the one who checked us in never said we needed to book for that service. He merely advised it runs every 15 mins just come down. But we were very glad the next morning the two staff at the reception sorted us out. It is very much appreciated they made all the difference as well as the driver of the first service that assisted. "

Room is a bit small but had most things we needed. Cleaning staff were friendly and even refreshed our daughter's sheets/blankets in the portacot. "
