"We had read variable reports but we stayed in a delux re Ok Wonderful sized rooms clean and wonderful bed linens Bed was soft old and very comfortable Great feather pillows."

"Great efficient+helpful staff overall Excellent location for our plans 24hr reception desk a plus Perfect for single travellers but for couples, insufficient storage space in rooms +bathrooms. We found this a problem last time too. There was only one chair for 2 to sit without one using the bed as a chair We were provided a 2nd upon request The room safe was very deep + almost floor level therefore diffucult to access. Our room was not serviced at all one of our 3 nights after informing housemaid we would be going out in 10mins We were there for only 3 nights at peak room rates (afl finals, not the purpose of our trip) so this was disappointing. Room has ineffective blockout curtains.Big gaps under hems and at vertically meet points, allowing strong street light in to disturb sleep each night.I reported this but was told nothing could be done.If the hems can't be lengthened and overlaps be checked, then eye masks could perhaps be provided Level of cleanliness had declined since previous stay"
