The hotel room is very clean, staff is very friendly, and breakfast although is not very caried but sufficient, the surrounding area is very convenience but not safe, because it's near the red light district.

Hotel is great, very close to main train station and super easy to access public transport options or travel to old town area. Local area near hotel is very rough and quite sketchy/unsafe. Not a problem at all with the hotel but worth noting.

Clean good value for short stop over BUT…..

Clean hotel ideal for a few nights stop over.Breakfast was good and the value for money was great.The station area can be intimidating at night especially if you are a female travelling alone..There’s a lot of drug dealing and drug use going on.

Very modern clean comfortable facilities. Buffet breakfast amazing. So close for central train station. Friendly kitchen staff. Unfortunately the lication near a station has some rough characters on the street to avoid. Paper thin walls with noisy neighbours who talked all night.

Not hotel’s fault, but city. A lot of drugs dealing and homeless using. Very scary walk from Frankfurth (main) to hotel.

I had booked this hotel because it was close to the train station and was reasonably priced. But the area felt very unsafe to me. The entrance itself was in a small alley, and you had to be buzzed in even though it was the middle of the day. There were groups of loud men outside the hotel and I did not feel safe leaving my room, let alone going out for supper in the evening. The room was basic but clean. The gentleman at the reception was very kind and helpful on check in. However, on check out, there was no one available due to "staff shortage". The breakfast provided was minimal. I only stayed one night even though I was booked for three, and the hotel did not refund me for the nights I did not stay, even though I should have been entitled to at least one night refunded.

Es war alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist direkt in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof, dadurch ist alles schnell erreichbar.

Nettes Personal, tolle Unterkunft, alles modern und sauber. Frühstück ist okay - mehr geht immer. Die nähere Umgebung (Bahnhofsviertel) ist natürlich Geschmacksache. Das Hotel liegt zwar in einer fast unbefahrenen Sackgasse, doch treffen sich hier alle Gestalten der Nacht schon am Tag. In der Nacht kann es hier durchaus richtig laut werden. Drogenhandel und Disco bis in die Morgenstunden... Das Hotel ist jedoch so nett und legt als Willkommensgruß eine Tüte Gummibärchen und ein Satz Ohrstöpsel auf das Kopfkissen. Eine wirklich sympathische Idee. Fazit: Ich glaube persönlich nicht, dass es dort wirklich gefährlich ist, doch kenne ich einige zarte Gemüter, die sich von den "Anwohnern" eingeschüchtert fühlen würden. Ich würde wieder kommen !

Very nice and cute hotel. Very clean and functional. Breakfast was excellent, good quality and lots of choices. Great location, close to the central station. The only thing that surprised me was the area/a few streets from the hotel; however, there weren’t any issues.

Absolut durchschnittlich und unauffällig

Das Hotel ist eines, an dass ich mich in zwei Wochen nicht mehr erinnern werde. Ein Bett, ein Tisch, eine Dusche, grundsätzlich sauber. Da gab es nichts, was negativ gewesen wäre, aber auch nichts, was das Hotel irgendwie in Erinnerung halten würde. Das Frühstück? War halt da. Parkplätze? Okay. Einzig, die Lage war speziell. Direkt in Bahnhofsnähe. Das ist gut, wenn man vom Zug ins Hotel will. Aber ich persönlich bin froh, mit dem Auto in den vergitterten Innenhof fahren zu können. Ich wäre da ungerne abends alleine zu fuß gegangen. Ist nicht die schönste Gegend. Dafür gibt es auf dem Kopfkissen nicht nur Gummibärchen, sondern auch Oropax (die man tatsächlich nicht braucht, die Fenster sind schon dicht)

Sauberes Hotel, sehr gutes Frühstück für den Preis und nah am Hauptbahnhof. Letzteres ist dann auch ein Problem wegen der Junkies etc. und daher auch recht laut. Zimmer etwas hellhörig, aber Ohropax werden gestellt. Für Gäste eine Flasche Wasser gratis. Ich komme trotz der Umstände gerne immer wieder. Preis-Leistung ist top!

The hotel is a well run place conveniently located close to the main train station. This area has always been a bit sketchy. It’s not unsafe, just manage your expectations. Tram station is very close, so it’s easy and fast to reach downtown. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast.

Ich habe mit meiner Tochter ein Zimmer inkl. Frühstück für eine Nacht gebucht. Der Service war sehr gut, zumal ich auch einen der dortigen Parkplätze haben wollte was aber online nicht buchbar war. Der nette Herr an der Rezeption hat meinen Wunsch aber sofort umgesetzt und ich habe noch einen Parkplatz für die Nacht dazubuchen können. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und eine sehr schöne Auswahl an frischen Brötchen, Obst Aufschnitt usw. Bis auf das direkte Umfeld (Junkies die sich auf offener Straße Heroin spritzen) war es ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt für uns.
