The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was functional.
The staff were courteous.
The area around outside had a lot of characters but they did not interact or harass people walking to or from the hotel, typical for around train stations.
I booked a room with shared bathroom and was positively surprised about what I found. The room was very clean, quite nice for the price and overall everything I needed for a one night stay.
Bathroom and shower were down the hall, which was more or less convenient, but overall not too bad.
The staff was friendly and very helpful.
Check in and Check out was super easy, and I was able to store my suitcase and pick it up as I needed to - the reception desk always had staff present.
Very nice and cute hotel. Very clean and functional. Breakfast was excellent, good quality and lots of choices. Great location, close to the central station. The only thing that surprised me was the area/a few streets from the hotel; however, there weren’t any issues.
Location was good for our one night in frankfurt. close to the train station and the breakfast was good.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The hotel room is very clean, staff is very friendly, and breakfast although is not very caried but sufficient, the surrounding area is very convenience but not safe, because it's near the red light district.
The hotel is well situated, it’s clean minimalist. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable about places to go and eat. We had a good time visiting the town.
Use the ear plugs provided the walls are paper thin.
The hotel was nice and I had a good time staying. Staff were kind and nice, rooms are beautiful and clean. The only problem was the environment around, lots of drugs and homeless people, I was low key afraid of staying out so late as I am a solo female travelling , everything else was nice, I love the place.
The hotel is a well run place conveniently located close to the main train station. This area has always been a bit sketchy. It’s not unsafe, just manage your expectations. Tram station is very close, so it’s easy and fast to reach downtown. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast.
Staff was pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean and had all the essentials needed. The only drawback is that I felt a bit unsafe walking around the area.
Small Clean Room. Breakfast completely OK, Price very good. Location near Train station perfect but street it is on is dirty, dark and has drug addicts hanging around. Third time I have stayed here and will use again
Very nice friendly hotel. It is convenient to the main railway station. The surrounding area is less desirable and noisy. The hotel did have ear plugs in the room. The breakfast was very good.

Nice hotel, but scary location
The hotel itself was very nice considering what we payed. Yes, it was a bit simpler, but the service during check-in and check-out was excellent and the rooms were fairly clean. However, make sure that you Google the area the hotel is located in (Bahnhofsviertel) before your stay. We were two young women travelling alone and the neighbourhood was very scary to walk through even during the day.
Clean hotel ideal for a few nights stop over.Breakfast was good and the value for money was great. The station area can be intimidating at night especially if you are a female travelling alone..There’s a lot of drug dealing and drug use going on.
I had booked this hotel because it was close to the train station and was reasonably priced. But the area felt very unsafe to me. The entrance itself was in a small alley, and you had to be buzzed in even though it was the middle of the day. There were groups of loud men outside the hotel and I did not feel safe leaving my room, let alone going out for supper in the evening.
The room was basic but clean.
The gentleman at the reception was very kind and helpful on check in. However, on check out, there was no one available due to "staff shortage".
The breakfast provided was minimal.
I only stayed one night even though I was booked for three, and the hotel did not refund me for the nights I did not stay, even though I should have been entitled to at least one night refunded.
Staff were lovely and helpful. Reception guy spoke great English and was very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was great with yummy cold cuts and cheese with other general continental.
I did walk up the street through red light district and would not recommend that, just keep going around the train station way.

The staff and hotel itself was great, but the outside area had drug takers and people drinking alcohol on the street. Which could be a bit intimidating. Pity as the hotel was clean and quiet

Disliked: Amenities
While the hotel is at an extremely location, it is also just a couple blocks away from the red light district, and the walk from the station does not feel the safest at night. I would advise females (especially if you’re alone) who are staying there to look up their route from the station in advance. Otherwise the hotel staff were all super friendly, and the breakfast that was included had a good selection. The room is very simple but also very clean and good enough for a short stay. They do also only have very simple amenities (body/hair soap in small packets) so bring your own if you prefer better quality ones. There is a dm only a couple blocks away if you wish to buy some as well.
As many others have said the street the hotel is on is a little bit sketchy at night but as long as you’re not out late at night or by yourself, if you are not male, you should have no issues. There are bars and other persons in the street, so it can be a little bit noisy, but it was not a bother to me.
The breakfast is served in the lobby area each morning and has a wide variety of meats, cheeses, yogurts, breads, juices and eggs.
If you were looking for someplace conveniently located near the train station, but not directly on the main drag, this is highly recommended. For those with American taste, understand this hotel does not have air-conditioning but does provide a fan in each room. The temperature of the room was not a problem for me.
We only stayed here for a quick night as we had a short layover in Frankfurt but didn't realize upon booking that there is no air conditioning at this hotel. It was so difficult to sleep and get comfortable at all and the room fan didn't help at all as it was above 30 degrees when we visited. The room itself was small, but clean and we were happy with it and loved the Haribo gummy bear candies on our pillow with ear plugs but ear plugs weren't needed as it was pretty silent at night. The area however isn't the safest although it's convenient and right across from the train station. Just be careful and look all ways around you. Front desk was amazing and very nice, also helped pack our breakfast the day before as we had to leave before breakfast the next day - highly appreciated that!
