Gut war das freundliche Personal, ob an der Bar und im Frühstücks Bereich. ( Top) Wir hatten das Comfort Zimmer. Das Zimmer war groß genug und sauber. Gestört hat das der Kühlschrank bzw Minibar nich in Betrieb war, mit dem Hinweis auf Umwelt und Sparmaßnahmen sowie der Hinweis darauf das man wenn man was zur kühlung aufbewahren möchte dies ändern Rezeption abgeben könnte zur aufbewahrung. Negativ fand ich das Brühkaffee und ein kleiner wasserkocher zur Zubereitung ohne Löffel da stand. Auch das es in den zwei Tagen keinen Zimmer Service gab, nicht mal für frische Handtücher. Die Preise für ein 4 Stern Hotel im gehobenen sekment sind geblieben.

Ich finde es völlig inakzeptabel, dass die Kühlschränke in den Zimmern bei Außentemperatur von 30 Grad nicht genutzt werden können und diese, lt. Aussage vom Personal, sogar ausgebaut werden sollen. Es geht dabei nicht nur um kühle Getränke, sondern auch die Möglichkeit, eventuell notwendige Medikamente zu kühlen!
