The hotel was good. The main downsides were the noise outside and a lot of junkies on the way from the railway station to the hotel. The area around the hotel is a bit problematic, but we did not experience any overt aggression. You can also walk quickly to better streets and areas. Overall, the stay was a bargain and the food at breakfast really good. We largely ignored other inconveniences outside if the jotel and its control.

Oh gush I feel conflicted the hotel was good clean the fromt desk was very friendly and helpful all the time Silvio was awesome love his approach to service and greet guests. Thank you Silvio. Dining food ok but the staff was very grouchy and unfriendly. It was little hard to be in the Dining because they were not welcoming. The outside areas was very difficult to walk there alot going on alcoholic, and drugs, prostitution and stripp clubs . At night it very very noisy if you are looking for quiet place to unwind from your day this probably is not place . We try to ignore the commotion outside ans stay in doors at night.

Nice acomodation, friendly staff, very close to main train station. Not so family oriented neighborhood, but if you are traveling without children, it´s ok.

UPtown Downtown was fantastic

Wonderful check & check out experience with welcoming Silvio at reception, very helpful with tips for Frankfurt travel and sights. The lovely couple running the breakfast buffet were outstanding and always had the most beautiful breakfast set up for the hotel, we looked forward to it every morning. Thank you all for making our stay a positive experience.

Nice hotel and nice staff but located in the middle of drug users area. There is no parking at the hotel, only public parking hall about 400 m away and only for cars (not allowed for motorbikes). Staff very nice and helpful and pretty good breakfast. Clean and nice facilities.

Of course you can't expect a high classl 4 star hotel, but absolutely worth it for the price. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Furnishing and equipment was ok with nice ambient lighting. Only the refrigerator was not working. Stuff was friendly and it's super close to central station. Great for a short stay.

I loved the staff, by far. my favorite part. The room was spacious, the area lighting could be better, but the LEDs were fun. The surrounding night life gets pretty rowdy, but I can guarantee your safe inside with these guys.

Stayed here whilst visiting Frankfurt for the Euros. Very convenient for a football trip and of limited concerns for a group of men. It is however in the centre of the red light district and during the evening it gets busy and noisy. During the day it is quite dirty and we observed extensive public drug abuse.

The hotel itself was great. Very near to the station which was what we were after, the room was clean and tidy, though some of the flooring was quite damaged on the 5th floor where we stayed. We loved the decor of the hotel which was very well done. The only downside was that the hotel is surrounded by strip clubs and walking back to the hotel in the evening did not always feel totally safe. This is not the hotel’s fault but worth thinking about if you are travelling alone. Staff were courteous and we were checked in quickly. They also held our bags before check into we could explore which was great. Overall, a good experience - it’s shame about the neighbourhood!

Well my 1st experience with kids. Was interested. Definitely not my favorite. Street was dirty scary of drugs people and loud of club music. Close to train station and downtown. Ac didnt work Reception2 people. 1 helpful. 1 mean cold and not friendly. Mattress old dirty. Window curtains too. Shower curtain was broken and napking holder too. Under bed no one vacuum. Grocery close by. I wad scared at first. My window was facing strip club. So at night we couldn't have a fresh air because of noise and ac wasnt working and we sweat alot. Kinda disappointed of Frankfurt. When I was 19 I had better memories. Definitely not comfortable place with kids. If I only knew. I would pay more for safety and comfort.
