I really enjoyed my stay. A quiet nice hotel a few steps away from the Messe and in an easily accessible part of Frankfurt from the airport and train station. The hotel and rooms were very clean and comfortable. While there aren’t really amenities, I didn’t care because the hotel and staff were so pleasant. There’s no real restaurant, but there are so many choices in the neighborhood and you can reach most parts of the innerstadt by public transit within 15 minutes. If I’m ever back in Frankfurt, I will definitely stay again because the Premier Inn Westend far exceeded my expectations. Definitely a lovely surprise.

The room is spacious and comfortable and it is within walking station to the train station as well as to the light rail. There is a shopping centre nearby with a variety of dining options and food court except that it is closed on Sunday

Overall, I had an ok stay. The staff at check-in were very nice and welcoming, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. My only issue was the noise. My room was directly above an alley where employees and other people would gather to smoke and talk loudly, sometimes as late as 2 AM. I was woken up several times during my stay because of it, which was frustrating. Other than the noise at night, I had no complaints about the room or staff.

Some of the front desk staff were very rude, staff of Asian ethnicity were once that behaved rudely, not once but thrice. For instance, we asked how to change the TV settings from German to English. She responded with rudeness and body language saying that TV is not a computer that one can change and play with. However, we did experience with very nice staff as well. It shows that the management needs to retrain their staff .

The room was very small when we opened up the second bed from the couch. The bathroom smelled really bad too. The room needed airing. The buffet for breakfast was really nice though I will say and all you can eat too which I thought was great value. The location was great too. Overall it was good but maybe for someone staying solo and not two people

rooms are adequate. Bathroom is on the small side but functional. Our first room was on the top floor. We were in a heatwave and that room was very warm. The manager offered us another room that was cooler. No view but comfortable. Staff was helpful. Location is convenient. Lots of little eateries nearby and convenient with public transportation.
