Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and staff were both friendly and helpful. Reception staff helped me find how to get tram into centre of Frankfurt and where to go there in order to see as much as possible in one day. Hotel itself was spotless as was my room.Breakfast was self service but very good. Area around hotel was nice and I as a older female had no anxiety walking at night on my own.

A pleasant stay

This is a good location within easy walking distance to public transportation that can take you anywhere. The underground parking is convenient once you figure it out. The room we stayed in was quiet if just a little bit cramped. However what made the stay special was the friendly desk manager. A tall gentleman he was friendly and helpful and made the stay extra pleasant.

Hotel is good, I stayed not first time here and will stay in the future. Great breakfast, good location and the room (nothing luxury, like a good 3* hotel). This time I needed to print 6 pages, and I discovered that should pay for it. I suppose this basic service must be free in such an expensive hotel, of course we don't speak about hundreds of pages. Location is good too

The staff were great! My room was exactly as advertised - no frills. I needed an affordable room with two twin beds on short notice. This is exactly what I received. What was above and beyond was the complimentary breakfast every morning - it was quite delicious!! The negative was that the location is only close to the zoo. Otherwise, all other attractions and fine dining were not conveniently close.

Property is a liile out of the way as it was about a mile and a half from the Opera House. However, I was able to easily walk there. Christmas Markets were in full swing, which was great. Area felt very safe. Room was clean and was very quiet. Breakfast was great, except for the day the coffee machine wasn't working. The little Italian restaurant nearby (mostly a take away place) had excellent food. Taxi was a little pricey to get there from the train station. I used Bolt on the way back, which was much more reasonable.

A room is quite large. There are one bed room with double bed and closet and another large room with sofa bed and closet. There are one small refrege and one wash room with large shower room and one separate toilet. These 2 rooms are partially surrounded by one balcony. The parking space is available downstairs. I would say everything is there in this hotel. Some people complained eating places are kind of far, but I would say if u walk 1km from the hotel, there are such eating places as delicious Tailand restaurant called Bangkok, Chinese, Indian, German ones and so. Furthermore from either a tram or subway stations away in abt 400m each from the hotel, u could reach in 10 minutes the city of Konstablewache where u could find more restaurants and shops. Abt 700m away from the hotel there is a supermarket where u could find almost all groceries and drug store mearby. Room charge is quite reasonable especially for families and I, Japanese will come back to Frankfurt with my large family some day and surely stay in this hotel. Also, I thank very much the hotel personells who found my glasses which I could not find in the room and arranged to send them to Japan by DHL air-courier, which is to be delivered soon.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Sweets and biscuits available in the lobby at all times with a nice touch. Room was spacious and mostly clean. (Only bathroom sink could’ve used some drain cleaner.) Good location, and good value for money.
