Uncomfortable stay

Room was cold and elevator was 7 steps higher than ground floor and it was extremely difficult to carry luggage upwards! No breakfast was available!

Perfect location

Perfect location. Exactly on Zeil (City Centre) lots of cafes, restaurants, shops, malls, walking area etc. A few minutes away from major transportation station (Konstablerwache) that would take you anywhere. Very helpful staff. A quiet place, where you could enjoy a good sleep. Spacious room. I don't think meals are served, I didn't check as I prefer to try the different variety of coffee shops/restaurants around. They did gear me up with a complementary morning coffee on my way out in the mornings. I would say room and hotel are clean, however in an overall old and overused condition. Perhaps it's time for some renovation.

Great place. Avoid if you expect luxury

It is best to think of this place as a apartment rather than a full service hotel. The gentleman at reception was friendly his name is Khan. The apartment was huge in size and I found the bed comfortable and shower is great. Location is fantastic for everything in the city. This hotel could improve by modernising the rooms with some new furniture and offering snacks for breakfast. They do have lots of drinks in the mini bar and this is great. If you are someone that likes luxury this won't be the venue for you. If you are happy with simple and basic but functional and clean you will like this place.

Common areas are run down, elevators very dirty and slow, didn’t have breakfast as room did not look inviting. Room has a good size and is cleaned very day. Bathroom was well maintained and clean unlike the wall paper and furniture in the other room. Lots of room for the price. Only a few min walk to Zeil shopping area which has lots of things to do.

Es wurde ein Doppelzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten bestellt und das wurde auch bestätigt.Vor Ort gab es dann keine Einzelbetten.Man bot fairerweise ohne Aufpreiss zwei Einzelzimmer an - das war nicht bestellt und nicht gewünscht.Die Dame an der Rezeption sprach kaum Deutsch. Das Haus wird auch als Flüchtlingsunterkunft genutzt.Das muss einem Buchenden vorab gesagt werden damit man entscheiden kann ob das akzeptiert wird oder nicht.Wenn man erst vor Ort mit vor dem Haus und im Treppenhaus herumstehenden Menschen damit konfrontiert wird ist das inakzeptabel und ein Vertrauensbruch.

Stay somewhere else

My stay here was not as I expected. Carpets and sofa were grubby, the so called air conditioning was really just recirculating hot air around so I found it very uncomfortable to work in the room and to sleep at night. Service was poor as most of the staff seemed to be temporary staff with only basic training. I suggest you keep looking for another hotel.

Greedy and irresponsible poeple!

The hotel said that they did not have any reservation. IN reality, they had overbooked and conveniently said that their system does not show my reservation. I was harassed and I had to stay there at the reception for 3 hours before they gave me a room in another hotel outside the city, 10 km away. Later, they brushed it aside saying it is a possibly minor human error. Greedy and irresponsible poeple!

Zimmer sind in Ordnung. Sauber, aber etwas abgewohnt. Für die Nutzung der Küche wird eine Kaution und Endreinigungsgebühr berechnet (50 und 85€)...Also nicht wirklich inkludiert. Für einen Familienurlaub würde ich es nucht empfehlen, aber für Geschäftsreisen o.ä. ist es super geeignet.

Zentrales Hotel Nähe der Zeil

Das Zimmer war super groß ( großes Wohnzimmer extra Schlafzimmer und ein extra Raum als Kleiderschrank! Es liegt super zentral Restaurants und Shopping ganz nah. Die Wände müssten wirklich mal gestrichen werden! Und es ist kein modernes Hotel.Aber zentral und sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption.

Simple hotel with a high price tag

Cons: The hotel is very basic Rediciulously expensive price for such a basic standard. Although my room was a non-smoking room, it smells smoked all over the place The walls were very thin. So I could hear when my neighbors mobile rang and when they were talking! Pros: The room size was big The staff were friendly The location is good and 5 minutes from the train station

少々長く滞在するのに向いている

キッチンが完備していましたが、食器棚に鍵が掛かっていて食器類が使えなかった。 冷蔵庫には多くの飲み物もあるが、栓抜きが無く飲むのに苦労しました。 恐らく、栓抜きも鍵が掛かった食器棚の中だったのでしょう。

O apartamento é amplo e confortável. Porém, longe do centro histórico. Complicado o sistema de escadas, acesso aos lentos elevadores, o que dificulta uma mobilidade maior. Wi-fi excelente. Atendimento bom. Contudo, pelo que relatei, não voltaria ao hotel.

ACLARADO LA SITUACIÓN, NO ME COBRARON NADA. VOLVERÍA A IR AL HOTEL, PERO CON LA PRECAUCIÓN DE NO ABRIR EL PLACAR.
