Hotel is lovely but the bar was not open during our time there so couldn’t give any comment The area around the hotel is not great.. if you’re a single traveler I would be very aware of your surroundings

The TV dod not work and once during the night it came on and woukd not shut off. Told front desk but nonone was around to fix it. The bedsxwere clean but super narrow. Exceptionally tiny room.

The Mercure Hotel kaiserhof was a very convenient hotel very close to the main train station in Frankfurt. It was modern clean with very polite helpful staff. Unfortunately the surrounding streets left a lot to be desired.

The front desk staffs Carina Schmirow and Olha Klitka are very friendly to customers. They always try their bests to make customers very happy for their stays. They give me room 709 not only has a very good bathtub but also has a balcony. I can get a bird view of Frankfurt downtown area.
