The room we stayed in offer a good city view, the receptionist were helpful and the train line which connects you to the city is only a 5 min walk from the hotel. I would be back here again!

The rooms were too hot. Tgere was no working air condition in the room. Door locks were not working and we had to request help from the front desk to enter the room. They tried to give us another room but still no different. Bad experience all together!

Kleine Auszeit in Frankfurt

Wir waren schon mehrmals im Radisson Blu Frankfurt. Es ist jedesmal eine schöne Auszeit vom Alltag mit Entspannung in der Sauna, einem tollen Ausblick aus dem Zimmer und einem opulenten Frühstücksbuffet. Der Service ist einwandfrei. Bisher hatten wir jedes Mal Glück und einen Parkplatz an der Straße gefunden.

Ich kenne das Hotel auch von anderen Städten oder Ländern super sauber, sehr bequem und toller Service, ich hatte auch eine super Aussicht im 15. Stock, ja es ist ein bissel teurer aber daß ist es Wert liebe Leute..

Unfreundlich und keinesfalls 4 Sterne superior

Eingecheckt um 0 Uhr, Fernseher defekt und am nächsten Tag bemerkt dass Mülleimer nicht geleert war und Zimmer nicht sauber war. Beim auschecken am nächsten Morgen gab es kein „Entschuldigung“ sondern nur den Hinweis dass ich es gleich hätte melden müssen. Geht gar nicht.
