"Everything was super easy to check in"

"I called because I arrived early and asked for early check-in. I was told I have received a phone call in about an hour. I never received a call so I drove to the location, I waited 14 minutes in the lobby for someone from the front desk to come, and the only reason they did is because one of the housekeeping employees went and found her. I explained to her that we had traveled a very long distance and we're looking to do an early check-in and she informed me that she knew because she received my call, we are now an hour and a half since my call and she told me the room wasn't clean yet. I asked her how long it would be. She said about an hour will call you an hour and a half passes, meanwhile I'm sitting in my car with my son waiting… It takes eight minutes to get someone to come to the desk and she informed me that she told me she was going to call me and that the room should be ready in about an hour and a half… I travel a lot and have never had a hotel leave me sitting outside in a car with my son for 2 1/2 hours because they're waiting for a room to get clean let alone the fact that the front desk was without an employee the entire time. "

"i dont know enough about this hotel to review properly because i booked this hotel as we were staying overnight to attend a wedding. tried to check in early but was told coud not check in until 3pm. had lunch came back. tried to check in at 3 pm. was told that because i booked with 4 people but had 5 people(my 8 yo son who doesnt take any space) manager canceled ny booking but directed me to another hotel that could accommodate 5 people. we. checked into alternate hotel with less than an hour to get ready for the wedding. the attitude of employees of both hotels were apathetic bordering on hostile. i will be never visit Newnan georgia again no matter the reason."

"Clean rooms; fun activities for all agaes; disappointed that the outdoor pool was closed. The weather was oerfect for swimming and would have evened out the indoor frowd and lines. I recommended opening the pool during spring break seasons, especially with the GA weather that typically accompanies it."
