" No views at all unless you class a brick wall as a view. Property perfunctory and more like a backpackers place. Very noisy due to some exuberant neighbours. Staircase creased and fridge kept going off and on during the night. Most disappointing was the TV. Tho it had every channel under the sun apparently, including DSTV none of it was accessible unless you brought your own streaming access!"

" nice room but balcony door didn't shut very well and quite noisey ( we didn't mention this and staff were apologetic ) We also paid for a mountain view which was oversold ( room 2) but the staff were very good and room was comfortable "

"The room was beautiful with the most stunning views. This place was more than a room - it was like an high end apartment. Fabulous welcome from the Esme & her staff. Up the hill from central Franschhoek. Would love to come back 👍"
