"Most amazing. Attention to detail from the moment we checked inn all staff were incredible. From the gardeners to the reception. Breakfast was splendid Room was the best ever!! If you can book room 9 . You won’t be disappointed "

" nice room but balcony door didn't shut very well and quite noisey ( we didn't mention this and staff were apologetic ) We also paid for a mountain view which was oversold ( room 2) but the staff were very good and room was comfortable "

The rooms were really nice with a balcony overlooking the pool area. Breakfast was really good. Lots of choice and great quality. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It would be good if the hotel had a gym. "

"We had a fantastic stay at Chapter House. The location was excellent, just a short walk to Main Street with plenty of great food options nearby. Breakfast each morning was delicious and a lovely way to start the day. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when the wine tram was fully booked. They took the time to explain our options, which we really appreciated. We opted for the tuk tuk instead and would highly recommend it. It was great fun, picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel, and was even cheaper than the tram."
