"Staff is absolutely rude. The rooms are disgusting. They are taking advantage because most of the people staying there are staying out true need and not just a get away. My self and 2 others complained about roaches. They were dead bugs and bodily fluids on the walls! I’m sure they will deny but I have pictures. The first room I was in with the roaches the door didn’t close or lock all the way. It blow open when the wind blew! I wasn’t expecting an upscale hotel. But everyone deserves a safe and clean environment with a little customer care. This is not a place anyone should be!"

"Breakfast was very bland. Just about everything was empty and was taking along time to fill anything. Received a very early wake up call and didnt request one. "

"Room was gross, someone literally wiped poop on the wall and it was left there. Crumbs all in the bed frames, weed coming through the vents. People screaming and running in the hallways until 4 am. A guy literally smoking a blunt right outside the front door and the staff says nothing. Yogurt machine? Empty. Pancake machine? Broken. Milk was spoiled. There was a sweet girl at the front desk that worked at night and one elderly gentleman that cleans that’s nice but other than that it was not a great stay. I came here for a hockey tournament and I’m the one that convinced our team to stay here because I always love staying at the Tru but this one was not good. I do have videos and photos to prove what I’m saying if you’d like. Thanks "

"It was a terrible check-in through a kiosk, stocking an agent in India barely can understand what he’s saying and very unprofessional. Will not recommend this property to anybody. I will write a Google review as well."

"Would not stay here again. Linens were very worn, no pool towels, pool was cloudy and cold, hallways smelled like weed."

"In the hotels defense, they were doing work to the property and that is understandable. However, the outside of the building had a lot of trash around it and in general it did not feel that clean to us. They are doing a renovation so maybe it will get better. "
