"Very enjoyable. I knew parking would be a bit difficult for my level of mobility, but the room was extremely comfortable. Missed having a work desk, but most casino goers don't work."

"The room was not clean, the sink had no stopper. The breakfast was sub parr, cold coffee, fruit bruised or rotten, hot was was luke warm. Check in went well, but finding a front desk person later was not happening. "

"The lady working the front desk around 6 PM on May 6th should not be working in hospitality or any customer-facing role. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. What was even more concerning is that another employee there, who I believe was security, implied this is a common issue with her behavior. I ended up not staying at the hotel and went to Kimpton instead. I’d strongly recommend checking the recent customer service reviews before booking here. Hopefully management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary staff changes."
