"The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I wish I had gotten the young ladies name. We checked in but were going to dinner with family so we did not go up to our room until later in the evening. We noticed a very loud fan noise that we could not locate in room 332. I went down to the front desk and she came up within five minutes, heard the noise and figured out it was from the storage and equipment room next door and assigned us a new room immediately. She was professional and kind and took care of us. Please thank her for us. The property is clean and the breakfast was very good and we enjoyed our stay. "

"The hotel is undergoing renovations. It’s looking great. Rooms are beautiful. Once the last touches are done - I’m assuming hallways and stairs carpets - It will be a stunning beachside stay. "

"Terrible breakfast. Don't listen to reviews that say the breakfast is good. As of April 2026, breakfast is bare minimum. Coffee is very weak - worst coffee I've had in a hotel. Service is also bad. Requested towel change and was told that was on their regular schedule. Returned at 8pm to dirty towels and no change. Thank goodness the price was cheap. Beds were comfortable and pillows good. Bedding was clean but had stains and tears. Hotel CHARGES you $100 and then refunds in 7 days - seems like kind of a Ponzi scam?"

The heat rattled but I took a business card and wedged it to stop it. The room was pool side and the room smelled like chlorine which to be fair has been the case in other hotels. "
