"When I left the hotel at 4:30am for my flight, there were 5-6 people in the lounge area (no luggage). Some were sleeping and some wandering around. They did not appear to be guests. No attendant in sight. I felt very uncomfortable about the situation and leaving my keys at the counter. As nice as the facility is, I wouldn’t stay there again."
