"Over the water bungalow number 111, only 4 feet deep of water, lots of live coral reefs, no need to snorkel since you can see beautiful fishes from your deck. A little crackers can lure hundreds of fishes, dozens of species. The Saturday Polynesian buffet is amazing. They have baby pig, unicon fish, trigger fish, giant clam, 5 different ways of raw tuna, chicken, beef, tropical fruits, dozens of desserts including exotic ice cream like sore sap ice cream. You got to try it if you have a chance. You can imaging the Sunday breakfast buffet is also fantastic since some leftover ingredients would show up. The clam salad and the one night dried tuna sashimi are incredibly delicious."

"Our Deluxe King Overwater Villa was exceptional! We loved every minute of our 9 day honeymoon at this amazing resort. Everyone was very helpful and hospitable. Ura and Claudia were outstanding at the pool bar. Poema and Tiamia made our mornings special at breakfast. Gigi was excellent at the Hina Spa. Rama at the Tapaira Nights (Polynesian dance show) was fantastic as well! Our morning walks with views of the clear blue water, white sand beach and well kept greenery brought us peace and tranquility. From swimming with beautiful sea life to having majestic eagle rays swim up to our villa deck, our overall experience was perfect! "

"Upon arrival, the staff was extremely welcoming and kind. Our room and the view were beautiful. The only minor complaint is that our booking mentioned a mini fridge, but there wasn’t one in the room. When I asked the front desk, they explained they were waiting on a shipment and had none available. Since we stayed for eight nights, it was challenging to manage without a fridge, so we had to purchase an ice chest to keep our drinks cold. I highly recommend booking taxi rides in advance through the front desk if you plan to go out and about. We often waited between 45 minutes to an hour for taxis. The hotel only provides one bottle of water per day, and the drinking fountains were broken. However, the hotel restaurant was kind enough to fill up our bottles when we asked. The hotel itself is very nice, though it could use some upgrades. The pool, for instance, looks a bit outdated and needs some maintenance, though it was kept very clean. If you don’t get a room with laundry machines, there is only laundry service which is very expensive. The food at both the main restaurant and the bar was excellent! I also recommend exploring other islands like Moorea and Bora Bora instead of staying just in Tahiti. If you are like us and have a late departure home, the late checkout is based upon availability. So, you could find yourself having to checkout at 11 and stuck waiting around. The airport is small. The locals are incredibly friendly, and overall, it was a wonderful experience."
