Our family room had a loft for the kids, but there was no fan or ventilation, so the loft area got very hot even with the window open at night. The energy-saving automatic lights in the hallway are good for the environment, I suppose, but getting off the elevator into a dark hallway is not very welcoming--especially after the staff's cool reception at check-in.
