"Overall a nice stay in what I would say is quite a rural area. The staff were really polite and helpful. The only things that I would say would improve a stay at this hotel is a couple of easy wins such a tea/ coffee facilities in the room and a welcome pack explaining check ins/outs, places to eat etc as we soon found out lots of places close in certain days or didn’t serve food for very long (I imagine this is a seasonal thing). "Property was full and not enough close parking. The beds were really uncomfortable. I think that for the high price we’ve paid the conditions could be better. The lady in the reception was adorable, the bedsheets and towels were exceptionally clean. It was only 3 minutes away (car) from downtown and the telecabine. The apartment was big including the rooms. "
