The first very positive point to make is around the staff - everyone we engaged with was so polite and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay as smooth as possible. "I come to Nice annually; this was my first stay at the Boreal but I would definitely return if it maintains its reasonable pricing. It looked smart and cared for and the desk staff were polite and welcoming. My room was comfortable and a reasonable size for the price. The only downside was the noise on Saturday night with bars and restaurants on the street - but the other nights I was there (till Wednesday) were all no problem."
