"Room was comfortable but a few minor issues that stopped it from being excellent. The curtains are not blackout curtains and don’t hang close to the wall so a lot of light comes into the room. The shower tub leaked so every shower resulted in large puddles on the floor the spread to carpet in main room. Heating was noisy like a pair of shoes in a dryer Plumbing was noisy, every time someone flushed the toilet in the room above me it sounded like the water was inches away I’ve stayed here before and didn’t have any of these issues, so probably room specific, ask for a room away from Moxies "

"Staff was pleasant, very nice. Breakfast was great, good choices. Room was a little run down, bathroom needed some touch ups, no to bad. Overall very nice. Only issue was kids running the halls till 1-2:00 am. Didn’t appreciate the lack of sleep. "

"room was dirty and had a smell like standing water - really stunk. the until had a small kitchen and had No fork for me to eat my meal - kitchen was completely bare. Next door neighbors were fighting and sounded like the walls were paper think. Breakfast is muffins you'd see is a highway gas station. Won't return."

"The privacy lock was broken on our door, and they did not fix it. The air conidiation did not work and the room got hot during the night. The facility was dark and needed cleaning. It was so bad we had to cancel our next night and move to a new hotel. There were bugs in the other room where my daughter and grandchildren stayed. We had to change rooms with them because the kids could not sleep on the pull-out bed because of the bugs. Also, that room had a very bad smell the worst I have seen in a hotel. I have stayed in many Marriott hotels and they were very good. This was the first Marriott that we have any problems with. "

"Limited parking. The hotel booked the entire 4th floor and the conference room for a private party. But failed to plan to actual overnight guest parking. When the party goers invited more guest than who were staying many over night guest were left with parking. They gave an option to park along curbs which blocked parked cars or park along marked fire curbs. The extra party goers took up all available spots including the circle drive and loading and unloading zones. Many guest parked at an empty lot next to the hotel that belonged to a business (it was Sat abd the company was closed weekends) but we were warned the company tows. Security assured all the guest waiting for parking that the party goers were told to leave and spots would available. We waited until 1am continually checking for spots and to ensure our vehicle had not been towed. We finally gave up, packed all stuff up and left at 1:30am to drive 8 hrs home. Absolutely ridiculous and poor planning. "
