"Area was quiet, staff had excellent customer service. Continental breakfast was nice. The lobby, not to mention the web, offered false hope. It was beautiful. Though, in need of a major upgrade. The room appeared to be clean. However, there were stains on the floor that made me super uncomfortable. Other than the stains, it was all good. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Hotel Louisville North. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. A special thanks to the General Manager for his kindness—he even greeted us with “Apa Khabar,” which made us feel right at home and added such a personal touch.
The hotel itself has a charming, historic character with beautiful décor throughout. Both the indoor and outdoor pools looked fantastic, and we really enjoyed strolling around the small lake at the back of the property—it added a peaceful atmosphere to our stay.
Our room was comfortable, clean, and well-kept. Other than wishing there were a few more outlets, everything else was simply perfect.
Overall, we were truly impressed and grateful for the hospitality. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

"I had just wiped out on my motorcycle. Had road rash all over and was wondering if they sold bandages. The front desk guy ran out with a box and asked what I needed. What an awesome guy. Thank you!"
"Check-in was great! The room wasn't as clean as i would have liked. We had a cooler from thr car and as i was putting food into the fridge and freezer, there was a bowl od ice cream left by another guest. I don't know how long it had been there. That was off-putting."
