"Kitchen didn’t have paper towels or plates/ bowls/silverware etc. The shower was very cold. Curtains are needed- lots of light comes through as well as street noise. Between that and slamming doors of neighbors throughout the night we didn’t sleep. The staff was great and overall cleanliness of the room was great. "

"Breakfast is average one for quick grab and go type. Hotel is bit old and requires more maintenance and staffs are welcoming and helpful overall family friendly stay for a week in there. Easy commute to Walmart, Costco and Indian restaurants nearby"

"Only one issue and it has zero to do with the conditions of the rooms or amenities, but it has become a very big problem for me that i now am on about day 3 of blame game ping pong between my bank and Candlwood Suites because nobody wants to step up and be accountable. But i can tell you this, if Desk clerk for Candlewood completes my check in process without a very big mistake as i see it. Then this review is 180 degrees the other way. Long story short upon arrival and check in i handed o er my card for security deposit and incidentals and clerk ran it for $100. Typical. But almost immediately looks to me like maybe he thinks the card didnt run or there was something wrong with that attempt at running the card. So he asks to run it again but this time for some reason i cant seem to justify charges me $116.25 this time for security deposit and incidentals???.. I am u aware that any of this takes place until i get to my room check my account and it shows both transactions processed and were withdrawn from my account immediately along with the $132 also withdrawn for the cost of the room itself for a total of +-$348. At this point not a real big deal mistakes happen. I go back to front desk ask whats going with the double charge for security deposit of 2 different amounts entirely and was told the mistake was caught. That the erroneous $116 charge was caught right away and would return to my account in "a couple of days" along with the other $100 correctly charged deposit"

"If possible I will always stay at a Drury Hotel. The buffet breakfast was actually good and I didn't even know that dinner is included. And it was actually good too. The hotel was wonderful and the staff were very friendly and helpful too. "

"I understand this is an extended stay but they keep it really nice. I loved the easy to clean floors that make it worry free when traveling with my dog. Even better that the room is good size because my boy is big and he had plenty of room to move. Two suggestions, well 3. 1. The beds are not super comfortable for long stays but ok for a couple nights. 2. The addition of a doggy area so they can run would be great. 3. An over hang an the entrance would make it nicer when it is raining to get in without tracking water all over. I went to college in this area and it has grown, but is still a nice area where one feels safe. The well lit lot helps tremendously in that respect."
