"La literie est très confortable cependant il y a de la moisissure dans la salle d'eau et le WC n'est pas nettoyé correctement. Il n'y avait pas de place de parking sécurisé gratuit c'est dommage. "

"Booked the suite which was brilliant. Huge space, fantastic bathroom and very comfortable. Only draw back on our first day was no buffet breakfast as only 5 guests staying at the hotel. We were offered a served breakfast at our table which was fine but with no menu available it was hard finding out what was actually available and it then arrived in the wrong order."

"Welcoming, helpful, and friendly staff. Easy parking out front. Breakfast could not have been better. Excellent local cheese, bakery, eggs and bacon to order, yogurt, preserves, juice, freshly made coffee or tea. Breakfast room bright and comfortable. Room large, shower with plenty of hot water, bed comfortable, everything I could ask for in the room. Would definitely stay again."

"Love the smile of the staff , level of service from them is second to none. Breakfast was good and fresh , could do with a bit more variety . Location of this hotel is quite good."

"Room was very clean. Cleaner than some more expensive hotels I have stayed in. We only saw two staff, a security guard and the lady at breakfast- she also appeared to cover reception and cleaning duties and restocking the breakfast bar. She was lovey & a very hard worker. The downside & reason I cannot give 5 star is the check-in service after hours is by machine. It was not working for the family in front of us, it was very cold out. It was clear they had a reservation to us, and the guard could have let the child at least, wait inside. He seemed to help them at the beginning and then he gave up and went back inside himself to the warmth. They did get through to customer support via the machine call button but it took way to long for their issue to be resolved and people were waiting in the cold behind. The machine needs to be indoors if there is going to be issues with it. We were all lucky it was not raining. They were at least 30 minutes out there. Thankfully we eventually figured out how to checkin online while we waited. The rooms are small enough but most places in Paris are. They had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Would stay again, but would make sure I am checked in online first. "

"Bon séjour d’une nuit, ce dont on avait besoin à bien fonctionné. Très bon accueil, sympathique et clair, vers minuit. L’hôtel devrait cependant un peu plus veiller à la sécurité de son staff car c’est pas sain pour l’accueil de devoir se barricader manuellement par crainte avec les systèmes de fermeture disponibles de nos jours."
