"We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. It was so modern and had a lovely feel to it. The young lady on reception was wonderful. She made us feel very welcome and was very helpful and informative. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for dinner as it was a Sunday but she gave us information on where we could eat and it was easy to find and very good with a lot of choice Everywhere was spotless and our room was excellent. Very clean and quiet. Would definitely go there again."

"This is a basic hotel which will meet most needs for a short stay in the city. Very close to the metro and walking distance to many of the sites. "

"The hotel was clean and the staff were very welcoming. Spacious rooms with all necessities. No coffee/tea station however coffee/tea was readily available in the breakfast room. Easy access to the motorway and a short drive to the centre of Arras. "

"We were a bit confused initially when we arrived in an out of town shopping zone. The hotel facilities were excellent but I felt that the staff were keen for us to finish our lovely meal. We had arrived in the restaurant at 20.30 and had been reassured that we were welcome. Maybe I've misread things but I did get a vibe that staff would prefer if we finished sooner rather than later."

"Our second time at this hotel. It’s our favourite place for an overnight stop in France! Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, quiet, decent size room with 4 beds, plenty of parking that feels safe. Only a few minutes from the motorway (A26). Highly recommend this hotel. We will be returning during our next holiday in France. 😊"

"Great when travelling by car as plenty of parking. Check in staff were great. Had a terrible nights sleep due to how hot and stuffy the room was. You can either choose to have the shutter down for privacy at night or have it up and let air in but then passers by can see you sleeping. Really could do with a curtain on the inside of window. "
