"Nearby parking and plenty to do in the area"

"Staff were great. Clean for the most part besides walking into the lobby and seeing carpet freshener on the floor and then seeing it the next day still there. Rooms were nice and clean but wished the air would’ve been on prior to arrival because it was hot and had a stale smell because of no air flow. But after we sprayed some of my wife’s perfume and turn the air on it was all good once we returned from dinner. I wished they had a breakfast spot but they didn’t which is no complaint from me because I totally over looked that when I booked it. The outside pool area was nice with grills you could use. I would recommend staying there if you’re ok with missing A few things like breakfast or maybe even like a bar. With the name having “Suites” in it you would think there was more to offer. "

"We didn't have hot water in the first room and had to change rooms. Then the hot in that room was shut off from 10 am 3 pm without a notification that it not be available. Worst part is that I was in the shower during that time and couldn't finish my shower with shampoo in my hair! Unbelievable. Then the GM over charged us for the room with a false statement saying that we had to pay ex6! "
