"I question the cleanliness of the hotel. The trash cans, while plentiful were sticky on the inside. When I wiped down the bathroom counters I found several long blond hairs. When I showered in the morning there was a dried crusty washcloth intertwined with the shower curtain hanging on the rod. I did inform the manager and she agreed that this was not up to the hotels standards. Unfortunately I prepaid so was told I’d be compensated by other means. On two separate occasions my husband and I were met with met with not so friendly service. We took advantage of the happy hour drinks on our second night. The person making our drinks was not personable, no smiles, not engaging. We’ve stayed at Drury Inns before and had great experiences. This establishment fell short by a landslide. So disappointed "

"We had high expectations for this hotel. This hotel exceeded those expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and enhanced our experience further. The rooms were excellent and extremely clean, and housekeeping paid attention to every detail, big and small. Its location near the Star District and the Ford Center made it an exceptional place to stay. Overall, this hotel was one of the best properties I have stayed at, and would recommend all visitors to Dallas to stay at this hotel."
