Lagoon sits near Lake Dillon in Frisco, close to the Summit County bike path. It is nicely furnished for those looking for a good place to relax after a long day of skiing or boarding the local resorts. Unit 723A is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome on a 3 level floorplan, so your family and friends have plenty of room to spread out. There is a Queen bed in the master bedroom and a Captains Bunk in the second bedroom with a Double on the bottom and twin on the top. Additionally, there is a Double sofa sleeper in the living area. The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, private laundry facilities, WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS, gas grill, gas fireplace for those cold nights and a private garage so don't worry about clearing all that snow off your car - in the morning it will be warm, dry and ready to go. Lagoon has a very nice clubhouse as well with indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. In addition, the clubhouse has a tennis court (summer only). STR License #BCA-83631
