"Very helpful staff. Clean rooms. I had to call the front desk to turn the Air conditioner both days I stayed there. Also the lowest temperature that you can set is fixed at 17 deg C. Wi-Fi is flaky in the 3rd floor room I stayed. It kept dropping. If you part of a university in Europe or US that participates in eduroam WiFi then it’s available since the Coimbra university is near by (vertically)."
